Who should attend

Nominated workplace first aiders, whose current FAW qualification is due to expire. Learners must be physically able to carry out the procedures detailed in the course outline and must attend all sessions to be eligible for assessment.

Course aims

This course is run over two-days and allows for re-certification of First Aid at Work qualified staff. By arrangement the course can be run on non-consecutive days, for example – one day a week over two weeks.

Certification: Learners are practically assessed throughout the course and then complete 2 x multiple choice question paper(s) on the final afternoon of the course.

NB: Please note that Learners attending this course must be in possession of a valid (not out of date by more than 28 days) First Aid at Work certificate.
