Investing in Efficiency with Upgraded Tech

At Up To Speed, we’re always looking at how we can improve efficiency, consider our environmental impact, enhance the learner experience and give our trainers the best possible tools to do their jobs.

As part of our continued collaboration with the development team at ‘TNA Systems’ – an innovative digital platform designed to deliver a paperless approach to administering training courses, we’ve now invested in a set of tablets for each trainer, to use across a large portion of our training operation.

We introduced our work with TNA Systems at the recent Staying Streets Ahead event hosted by Highway Traffic Management and also at the Core Highways Devon Depot Innovation Day, where feedback was extremely positive.

This step forward with technology in equipping our trainers with the kit for a digital process, means more efficiency, much less paper throughout the business, less waste and enhanced data protection measures around training delivery.

It’s a great tool for our trainers, administration team and a much smoother, more comfortable user experience for our learners. So safe to say it’s a win-win!
