Who should attend
All persons who are Professional Users e.g. those who anticipate seeking contractual work in professional forestry, amenity or utility arboricultural activities and ground works.
Pre-requisites
Learners must have successfully completed modules CS30, CS31 and CS38 before undertaking this training
Course aims
This course is a 2-day course and has been designed for those who require training using rope and harness and Prusik systems while performing free falling techniques.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of the course the learner will have covered the following content:
- Prepare sites, equipment and staff
- Use correct climbing procedures and techniques
Certification: Upon successful completion of the end of course assessment the learners will receive a certificate of attendance supplied by the training provider.
NB: Learners must supply their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for this course.
