| Following last nights Government announcement we wanted to let you know that we will remain open as usual during the latest lockdown.Our customers, like you, provide an essential service, so as part of the supply chain we remain open and will continue to support you in ensuring your skills and qualifications remain valid and current, enabling you to continue working safely. As always, we’re committed to keeping our customers and colleagues safe, investing in the construction of a large COVID-19 compliant training room and having introduced the necessary adjustments to the existing training rooms to ensure adequate spacing and robust cleaning regimes. |
| As Lockdown 2.0 in England is due to come into force at 12.01am on Thursday 5th November 2020 we want to advise all of our clients that will be continuing to operate as normal delivering training and assessments throughout the lockdown period. As the ruling permits people to leave home for essential reasons including work, and with a number of notable exceptions such as key workers across the NHS, emergency services and significantly Construction workers, of which those who work upon the public highway are included, we shall continue to support the industry in ensuring opportunities are available to keep the competence and skills of it’s workers valid and current. |
| Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Sunday 10th May, we take this opportunity to update you on what this means for your training and assessment requirements Previously we suspended all face to face events and adapted to delivering online training only so that we could continue to support you as much as possible. However, following the announcement and government advice, we have conducted further risk assessments, updated the safe systems of work and implemented a number of measures including rearranging our training facilities to ensure social distancing, increased cleaning routines of equipment and furniture, hand sanitiser available throughout the centre and encouraging all personnel to maintain good hygiene including regular handwashing and using the hand sanitisers available, covering mouth when coughing/sneezing and informing of any cold or flu like symptoms. With that, we are pleased to announce that we are ‘Covid Compliant’ and are therefore able to safely resume face to face delivery, to accompany the online platforms that we continue to deliver |
